I was looking for articles about the Israel-Lebanon affair, trying to understand what it’s all about, when news came out on the “overheard” dialog between Bush and Blair. It got my attention so instead I got to reading transcripts and watching the vids. Gee, these guys are really frustrated about what’s happening. Dubya in one of his rare serious (sic) moments.
Contemplating on the seriousness of the situation was over when I got home to seeing Mike Enriquez over at GMA 7’s news discussing the Bush-Blair dialog. “O, ayan o, huling huli si President Bush na nagmumura… mga kapuso… ang binanggit ho nyang salita ay 4-letters na nagsisimula sa letter S at nagtatapos sa letter T.”
The guy is totally lost focusing on “shit” and not trying to explain to the viewers how this is a rare moment for Bush to show a sincere expression; and therefore, how serious the situation is in the Middle East.
